I only received part of my order?
If your order is a large order, then it may be shipped in multiple packages and they may not arrive on the same day. If you have not received both packages within the estimated shipping time please contact our Support Department. You can find out if your order was shipped in multiple packages by checking your order history in your account.
Do I need a prior prescription?
Orders require a prescription. Consult with your local physician before taking any medications of any kind. You can then scan your doctor's prescription and email it to us with your name and order number. A representative will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your order.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by contacting us. Order cancellations once the order has been shipped are not possible.
What is your return / refund policy?
The pharmacy does not accept returns of medications, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Please see our Return & Refund policy for more details.
What if a product I ordered is out of stock ?
You have two options you can either request a refund or your product will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. If is very unlikely that any products will be out of stock and you can check to see if a product is out of stock before ordering.
Will my order be shipped discretely?
Yes, your order will be shipped in an unmarked package.
